If I rent a chartered bus, is there any cost in addition to the bus fare?

If you use a toll road, parking lot, etc., it will be the actual cost of the customer.
If you need a bus guide, you will also need to pay for the crew's accommodation costs for courses that involve accommodation.
If you have a bus guide, will the bus fare be higher?

If you would like a bus guide, ¥21,000 (tax included) is required per day.
Can you load beverages, snacks, etc. before departure?

If you specify the quantity and amount, we will arrange it and load it in the refrigerator for dispatch.
Of course, it is possible to specify the brand of beverage, but in that case, if you contact us in writing by fax or e-mail, we can make more reliable arrangements.
At the time of departure, the fee will be paid in cash in exchange for a receipt.
Can I use the bus garage as a meeting place? At that time, can I park my car?

Can I board at the bus stop on the highway?

What is the cancellation fee for my reservation?

Cancellation fee is 30% from 14 days before to 8 days before the dispatch date, from 7 days before the dispatch date to 24 hours from the dispatch date and time, in accordance with the General Chartered Passenger Vehicle Transportation Business Standard Conditions of Carriage (MLIT Notification No. 569).
